  Don't use this company! Ordered over £6,000 worth of equipment of which the majority was actually fulfilled directly by the manufacturers so they have no clue about those equipment, stock levels, discontinued items, etc. Ordered 4 refrigeration units which were their own Cater Cool brand, I opened one and saw that it was damaged and that the quality was terrible so wanted to exchange them to be told I had to pay a 25% restocking fee! It seems like the business is run by professional crooks out to con unsuspecting customers with dodgy T&Cs and sales tactics. Once again, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
